WinPicks Reference Manual Section 12. Your Account and Subscription
The original program was bought by the season and installed on one machine at a time. WinPicks 2.0 replaces that arrangement with an account and a subscription: nothing is installed, and nothing ties your work to a particular computer.
Your account is your email address. It holds your formulas, your saved trends, your tuner settings and your price basis, and it reaches you from any machine you sign in from. Signing in on a second computer is expected, not something to be worked around.
Packages are bought per sport. A package you have not bought is still shown in the Sport list; choosing it explains what it includes rather than hiding it. Buying one takes effect immediately - there is nothing to download and no new licence to enter.
If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, your formulas and saved trends are kept. They are yours; access to the package resumes when the subscription does.
Changing your password is on the account screen, reached from Help. If you have forgotten it, the reset link on the sign-in page sends a message from the winpicks.net address.
